The Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6:9)

 

Matthew was a disciple of Jesus. 마태는 예수님의 제자였어요.

 

As they traveled together, 예수님과 마태가 같이 여행했을 때,

 

he would write down what Jesus taught.

마태는 예수님이 무엇을 가르치셨는지를 기록했어요.

 

“Jesus said 예수님이 말씀하시기를

 

about a right way to pray 기도하는 좋은 방법과

 

and a wrong way to pray. 나쁜 방법에 대하여 말씀하셨어요.

 

Then, What is a wrong way to pray?

그럼 틀린 기도방법은 무엇일까요?

 

And when we pray 우리가 기도할 때

 

n        Do not prayer to be seen by other people.

사람들에게 보이려고 하지 마세요.

n       Specially, standing on the street corners

특히, 길가에 서서, 그리고 길 모퉁이에서

n       Do not repeat

계속 반복해서 하지 마세요.

n       Do not say many words

많은 말을 하려고 하지 마세요.

 

These are wrong reason to pray.  이것은 틀린 기도 방법 이에요.

 

When we pray, 우리가 기도할 때,

 

We should go into our room, 우리는 방에 들어가서

 

Close the door, 문을 닫고

And pray to our heavenly Father in secret.

하늘의 하나님 앞에 비밀스럽게 기도해야 해요

 

God promises to answer that of prayer

하나님은 이런 기도에 응답하신다고 약속하셨고

 

God will be rewards us. 하나님이 상을 주시겠다고 하셨어요.

 

Jesus said, 예수님이 말씀하시기를

 

When you can pray like this. 당신이 기도할 때는 이렇게 기도하세요.

 

“Our Father, which art in heaven ' 하늘에 계신 우리 아버지

 

Hallowed be Thy name. 이름을 거룩하게 하시오며,

 

Thy kingdom come, 나라가 임하게 하시오며

 

Thy will be done on earth 뜻이 하늘에서 이루어진 것같이

 

as it is in heaven. 땅에서도 이루어지게 하시옵소서.

Give us this day our daily bread. 오늘 우리에게 필요한 양식을 주시옵고,

Forgive us our debts 우리 죄를 용서하여 주시옵고,

 

as we for give our debtors. 우리가 우리에게 죄지은 사람을 용서하여 준 것같이

 

And lead us not into temptation, 우리를 시험에 들게 하지 마시고

 

but deliver us form evil. 악에서 구하시옵소서.

 

For Thine is the kingdom, 나라와

 

the power and the glory 권세와 영광이

 

forever and ever. Amen 영원히 아버지의 것이옵나이다. 아멘
